An awareness of and compliance with legal requirements is an important aspect of our consulting process. It extends from the professional and competent documentation of business transactions to all day-to-day taxation issues.

We perform accounting functions, prepare the annual financial statements and, if necessary, support the auditor in his audit of the annual financial statements. Our service portfolio also includes the mandatory or voluntary audit of annual financial statements pursuant to section 319 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
